hi i hav PCOD complaint n now tat we r planning for kids, my doctor suggested me to take bigomet sr 500 n duphaston 10 mg twice a day. i started having pain in my lower abdomen after taking these medicines. wat culd b d reason n is it going to effect.

When you start taking hormonal pills ,you might not see regular periods for a few months. You might see abdominal pain, irregular spotting, lighter periods than you are used to or a heavier flow.

Your body needs to adjust and regularise the hormone levels. You can wait and watch the bleeding pattern in the next few cycles which will regularise with time.
