HI,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.
Bamboo shoots are rich in proteins with essential amino acids, essential fatty acids, antioxidant property. It improves appetite & digestion. It does not have any harmful effect on pregnancy.
What can be harmful are the excessive spices in the curry-specially in early months of pregnancy.
But you should not use too much. You should be on safe side.
There are no evidence of pre-term labour.
But excessive use of everything is bad.

Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you good health.
