Can Back Pain And Breathing Difficulty Be Related To Kidney Infection?
I feel like i have air in my shoulders and i have a sharp pain in my lower left back which made it hard for me to breathe i looked up what it could have been and i think maybe it could be a kidney infection or something similar could that be whats wrong with me?

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.
I think that you suffer from vertebral column arthritis. Arthritis can cause radiculitis that radiates in the back.
I would recommend a back ct scan and a fibrinogen test.
You should take non steroidal anti inflammatory medications.
Massage can also help.
