    Can avascular necrosis be treated non-surgically?

Hi, This is prashant Kolpe from Pune. I m suffering from AVN in Hip joint. Right leg -stage 3 left leg-stage 1. It is diagnosed before a month I have been ask for do the exercise with tablets prescribed by doctor K H Sanchet. just want to know can I avoid the surgery & also can I become like earlier normal walking & running, Can yoga help me By considering my age 29. is this possible I can recover from this. Can cycling help me out. Can you please help me out please please please

Surgery is the best possible option.
If you try for non-surgical measures, you may end up in unwanted complications like infection and sepsis.
