Can Arthritis Cause Constant Pain In The Toe?

I am 15 and i am always tired i know it's from vitamin D, but whenever i walk from class to class at school my left big toe always hurts i thought it was from my shoes but when i got new ones i still have the same problem is that a symptom of arthrisis?

Hi,
There are a number of causes of pain in the toe. You are young to get arthritis although there is a form called juvenile arthritis but it is quite rare. One of the commoner causes of pain would be an ingrowing toenail which is common in teenagers. There may be swelling and redness at the side of the nail bed if this is the cause.
It is difficult to diagnose your pain without seeing your toe. Therefore, I suggest you see your doctor for further advice.
