looking an answer from a pulmonologist. my findings after taking an apicolordotic xray is this: the curvilinear opacity in the medial aspect of the right uppoer lobe represents the azygos fissure, a normal variant. No active parenchymal infiltrates seen.

You have absolutely normal findings.
Azygous fissure in upper lobe of right lung is a normal variant and it doesn't require any treatment.
It is generally found incidentally during imaging.
Lung parenchyma appears normal.
