My 8 yr old has adhd with anxitey, she is away for the summer for the first time in 8 years will that make her anxitey act up and make her not be able to sleep at all at night, and gulp her drinks down to the point that she isnt takin a breath in between drinks

It seems to be an anxiety induced panic attack problem.
I suggest you consult him nearby pediatrician for detailed evaluation and counseling.
If needed than your doctor will prescribe the anti-anxiety drug as well to him.
