Understanding your concern. As per your query your child has reoccurring cough along with greenish discharge from secretions which is due to upper respiratory tract infection. I would suggest you to consult Pediatrician/ ENT specialist for proper evaluation and get it diagnosed. you should go for blood tests, sputum tests and X-ray chest done. Yes you can repeat antibiotic. You should give child antihistamine drug as well such as Levocetrizine. Avoid exposure to allergens. Give child nebulization with salbutamol and pulmicort.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
