Can Anal Intercourse Cause Pain?

hi!m 23 years old n iam gay! n have been having sex for about 12 years bt now my sex life has b in a mess as m unable to have sex for the 2nd time as my anal is not bearing the pain!i have piles very rare i hardly have ny pain or so bt still giving u a heads up!can u plz sugest me a way out of dis problem!

You have habit of anal intercourse as a mode of sex....

In some country such relation illegal as well...

Anyway here by anal intercourse , you are having mostly fissures or proctitis by friction....

So consult surgeon for proper evaluation by proctoscopy examination....

Anal water sitz bath given....

Avoid excess spicy foods ...

More water ...

Over the counter stool softener given ....

Fiber diet given more ......

If still no benefit than surgical management done....

Take care .
