Can An Head Injury Cause Enuresis?

I am 26. I have never had a wet dream and never wet the bed since I was about 6. last night and I woke up having pee d myself.. I am extremely worried as this has never happened before. The other day I tripped over and hit my head but I doubt that has anything to do with it. I am very worried now as I often stay over in other peoples beds and I do not want these embarassing things to happen. I am worried because they haven t happened before and suddenly happened one night after the other!

Hello,

I think this can be related to the head injury you just had. It also can be related to alcohol consumption. Doing an X-ray of the head would be useful. I don't believe that this can be repeated but if it happens then you may need to visit a neurologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
