Hello,

A headache, dizziness or slurring of speech may due to a stroke or a migrainous headache or hypertensive encephalopathy or anxiety or cardiac problem.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get it done ECG, cervical x-ray, MRI brain plain. Consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Hello,

Allergy can cause a headache, dizziness but not slurring of speech.

Slurring of speech may be seen in central lesions of the brain like stroke, brain injury, brain tumours, and conditions that cause facial paralysis or tongue or throat muscle weakness.

So you may get it done MRI brain and ECG.

Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
