Can Airborne Mold Cause Sores All Over The Body?

I am a 61 yr old female with history of lung cancer and a 7 yr survivor.....in the past 4 months I have lost weight have a cough, runny nose, headaches and my stomach is not always feeling well. I have sores over my body (under arms ,chest, breasts ,legs, back, butt and outside vaginal area. I have gone to ER 3 times. I have been treated with antibiotic and cream, upon their return another antibiotic, steroid shot and pills and itch pills. Again I returned to ER and was told to go to dermatologist which I did only to be given another steroid. That was last Monday and they have all returned and I am itching like crazy ! I did speak to my oncologist for direction and went for blood work and chest exray . So I feel that I have been poisoned by airborne mold which was in a condo that I visited for 4 months doing painting. I have done mold testing and have 2 petri dishes of mold growing (black, green white) I am trying to get tested for this within my system. I am at a loss where to go as no one will really listen to me .Please help....

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be atopic dermatitis due to air born pollens and mold. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply steroid cream whole body twice a day. If there is an infection, apply antibiotic cream. Take course of antibiotic, antihistaminics and if needed, steroid in tapering dose. Avoid the contact with suspected allergens.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
