Can A Torn Meniscus Cause Calf Heaviness?

My left calf feels heavy up to the back of my left knee. I sometime have to walk with a limp. I had a torn minnicus on this knee 5 years ago. Also is coli transferred from person to person . My doctor won t release me to go back to work until tomorrow, I am vomitting and going to the restroom alot. I work wit the public too.

Yes,Torn meniscus in posterior part of knee can lead to heaviness in calf region. If you are asking about transfer of E.coli from person to person then answer is yes as it has route of fecal oral contact transmission.
