Can A Torn Groin Lead To Touch Insensitivity In A Testicle?

Only one testicle moves while inner thigh is stroked, the other one shows no response when thigh is stroked. The one that doesn't move is on the same side where a groin pull occurred awhile ago. Could I have torn the groin, or why is there no response on that one side?

Hi. It is good to know that you have checked on your own. This is what we call a cremasteric reflex. It is very true that there was an injury affecting the genitofemoral nerve supplying the area due to injury to the groin area.
