Can A Testicular Injury Cause Microlithiasis?

Is it possible that microlithysis can happen because of injury to the testicles. Sperm or other fluids leaking in the sack causing a leak that needs to escape through the skin of the sack like a buildup of fluid leakage causing somewhere to leave the testicles through the buildup through the skin of the testicles?
