Piles is a disease of dilatation of vein which comes on due to excessive straining for stools ;so you need to take healthy diet rich in fibers so that you have soft stool and there is no need to strain for it.As far as drinking red vine is concerned i don't think it is helpful in piles anyway.To drink or not it should not make much of improvement in piles.
