Hello,

It is possible that hiatal hernia lead to acid reflux which may lead to chest pain and discomfort or tightness.

So, avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

Other possibilities like anxiety or muscular spasm or acute episode of asthma etcetera. Please consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
