Can A Chipped Bone Cause Sharp Pain In A Previously Injured Area, On Knee, That Has Already Healed?

I fell down concrete stairs about a month or two ago, I scraped up both my legs, the right one more than the left. After they both healed up my right leg was very tender and I got sharp pains in the area of the injury. I still get sharp pains out of no where. And it feels abnormal when I run my hand across it. It doesn t hurt to put pressure on it at all. I heard that I could if chipped a bone.
