Can A Cortisone Injection Be Taken To Treat The Bone To Bone Feeling In The Knees?

I recently had gastric bypass. I have lost 55lbs and more active now. My knee pain from years gone by is now effecting my workouts. I know I can not take aleve or advil. Can a cortisone injection be given to help the bone to bone feeling I have in my knee?

Hi,

Steroid injection can be used to treat osteoarthritis and joint pain. It will help to provide pain free interval for weeks.
You can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.
