Can Zpac Be Taken After 18hours?

I was diagnosed with URI on sunday was given Zpac, took two pills sun at 4pm, forgot to take it yesterday, wrapped up in taking care of daughter diagnosed with the flu yesterday, took pill just now (tue 10am) is it pointless is this forgotten window of 18hrs too much??

Since Azithromycin has a long half life(2- 3 days) on multiple dosing I were to say that taking this tablet was a good decision that you have made.
