Can Zam-Buk Be Used To Treat Piles?

hi, I have a flare up of piles.Have not had a single incident for 15 years. within one day I have a large swilling inside on the one side. Not very painful at this stage. TOOK 1/2 SPOON OF EPSON SALTS LAST NIGHT AND APPLIED ANUSOL OINTMENT. NO TANGIBLE RELIEF THIS MORNING. I HAVE ZAM-BUK OINTMENT IN MY ARSENAL. I HAVE HEARD WONDERFUL NEWS ABOUT IT CURINING PILES. Question should I try the Zam-buk ointment as I,m miles away from medical help and doctors?

As per your complaints its inflammed and thrombosed piles probably and zambuk ointment is useful in bleeding piles if you have no bleeding at present so no need to use it. Instead take sitz bath of epsom salt for 15 mins three times a day and need antibiotics and antiinflammatory with laxative
