Can Warfarin And Doxycycline Hyclate Be Taken Together?

Dear Dr. Taking anticoagulants :warfarin 2.50 MG daily and Plavix 75MG. I was pescribed 2 x 100 MG of Doxycycline hyclate DUE TO BACTERIAL INFECTION (cold or Flu) Can these be taken simultaneously on a daily basis for (10) days. Should I watch for negative interaction?
