General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, she can take Udiliv 300 for treatment of enlarged liver. The author concluded that ursodeoxycholic acid has a positive effect on the disease course of acute hepatitis and may increase the clearance of hepatitis B virus, thus preventing chronic progression of the disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
