Can Solvin Cold, Axycef And Anafortan Be Given To An Infant?

Hello, My baby is 2monts old and he was suffering from little cold and stomach aches. Mydoctor suggested me Solvin Cold 3 times and Axycef Dry Syrup 2 times. And he suggest Anafortan Syrup only when baby cries and do not sleep. Along with that he suggested us some general medicines like colicare for stomach and Xyler nasal Drops. I want to confirm about all these medicines esp.Anafortan(because doc suggest us 5ml quantity). Are they safe to have for two month old baby ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Instead of Anafortan take Colicare. Rest of the medicines you can take but don't take for more than five days. After five days medicines should be reviewed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
