Can Sinarest AF And Nutrolin B Syrup Be Given For Cold And Nose Congestion?

My 14 month old daughter is suffering from cold and blocked nose from last 1 week,now she also caught loose motion and mild fever.Losse motion has started yesterday in morning and fever from yesterday night.Doctor has prescribed *sinarest af * Sinarest -PD nasal drop *Nitrolin-B syrup Can I give all the above medicine accompanied with crocin?And waht should be the Amount of medicines . My baby s weight is 9 kg. Please answer

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Based on symptoms it's looking like viral fever
just use following medications Rx

1) syp.P250 2.5ml every 6th hrly for 2 days.
2) Otrinoz p nasal drops 1drop in each nostril every 6th hrly for 2 days.
3) Syp.Maxtra 3ml three times/day
4) Enterogermina 1respule morning 1 respule night for 3 days give plenty of water.
