Can Risperidone, Dapakan And Kempro Be Taken Together?

My son is bipolar and has been receiving resperidon 1 ml twice a day for a few days alongwith Dapakan 500 once a day. I gave hime double the dose of Respridon by mistake tonight (3 mg). Can it cause side effects such as muscle stiffness? Can I give him some Kempro/Kemadrin?

as such there is no drug interactions between these drugs....they can be taken together
risperidone interacts with, clozapine,carbamazepine,Levodopa...
