Can Provera Be Used To Abort Pregnancy?
Hi, I missed my period last month, it supposed to be around 25-27th day of the month. Our first and last contact after my August period was last September 13. I had my PT this morning and the result was positive. We re not yet ready to have another baby. Is Provera safe to take? Is it 100% guaranteed that I will have my period soon?Thank you

Provera contains medroxy progesterone, intake of high doses might cause abortion but it alone can't be used for termination of pregnancy. It's usually combined with mifepristone. I advise you to consult your doctor for proper dosage.
