Can Propranolol Be Taken At Noon For Migraine?

I take 40mg propranolol twice a day for migraine prevention. I usually take one in the morning about 8am and one tweleve hours later. I cannot remember if I took one this morning but I don t *think* I did. Would you recommend I take one now (12pm).

It is alright to take the dose you have skipped as early as possible. But reschedule the next dose at least 8 hours gap. continue with the same pattern of treatment next day onward.
