Can Prolactinoma Induced Damage Be Reversed To Cure Infertility?

I was diagnosed with a large prolactinoma which had gone undiagnosed throughout the most vital of physical of developmental periods, my teenage years. I am on testosterone .5 mil. every other day and I am losing weight but I was told my doctor that the damage has been done-the likelihood for me to father a child naturally is almost impossible. My question is, is the damage irreversible? Is it possible with the testosterone treatment to have the normal size testicles and penis-and have them working correctly without use of more pills/surgery?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You may have high chance of irreversible damage. So it is difficult to become father by natural mean. But nowadays many assisted techniques are available. You can take help of that.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
I will be happy to answer.
