Can Primolut N Be Taken While Trying To Conceive?

I had a miscarriage on 11 july and after that i had bleeding only for 2 days and occasional spotting for a week and then today is 16 august but still i am waiting for my regular menses cycle.today i visit my doc he has asked me to take primolut n tablet for three days -3 times pday.is it harmful if i am planning to conceive soon às i come in my regular cycle.plz advice

Hi,
Thanks for asking. I understand your concern.
Abortion causes temporary imbalance in menstrual cycle & period may be delayed.Similarly there is also possibility of conception following abortion.
So in my view primolute should not be taken till pregnancy is excluded.
I would suggest that you should wait for periods till 2-3 weeks .. in case there is no periofd till then get home pregnancy test done... if it's negetive you can start with primolut n pills.
