Can Prednisone Improve Thyroid Activity?

I have hoshimotos thyroid recently took prednisone for a skin rash. The effects were amazing because my energy level went up and. Mood was greatly improved. Can I continue to use prednisone for improved thyroid results? Can you give me a perscrition for this?????

We cant give prescription and it should not be taken without doctor supervision. prednisone causes such mood changes alone,by not affecting thyroid.
