Can Polybion Be Taken For Breathlessness Caused Due To Cold?

I have a problem of respiratory system specially at the time of evening( cold time) and I have been taking asomex 5 mg since last year(1 yr) and some time I used to take Montair LC too. And now I am taking this polybion syrup.Plz provide me the good suggestion
