Can Pimafucort Be Used In Groin Area?

can i use pimafucort in my groin area - in the folds of skin ? I am a female, sitting a lot in a wheelchair so my knickers elastc rubs a lot & I am pushed all together in that area (if that makes sense) Can you suggest anything else ? It also feels rough to the touch where i sit on my bottom.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Skin tends to get rough and thick due to constant friction, it is nothing to worry about few basic things will help you get rid of rough skin and discomfort. Pimafucort contains steroid and should not be used without any indication. Sweat and moisture make it worse for patients on wheelchair causing fungal infections.
Use Talc free medicated dusting powder like Candid or Abzorb to absorb sweat in the inner thigh and groin area. Every night wash/ clean with wet cloth and dry the skin then apply a thin layer of moisturizer like Cetaphil to the affected area. Keep the area dry and clean, follow the routine of dusting powder, cleaning, moisturizing daily.
