Hi,

Percocet and meloxicam are pain medicine. While they can be taken if needed however we generally recommend using the minimum that works and does not use for long times especially to avoid the meloxicam for long times.

I would advise you should use Percocet if it relieves your pain then no need to use Meloxicam if that doesn't help your pain then use meloxicam as needed for the pain. You can continue the rest of your medicines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
