My daughter takes paxel and she is sleeping all the time and interferes with work. I lost my son 2 years ago (her brother) and they hadn t spoke in awhile. I feel like she is trying to sleep her pain away. But I think the paxel isn t working. She is sweating a lot and has a bad stomach has to go to bathroom immediately after eating. She is having mood swings, throws things. She is 30 and this is very out of the ordinary for her. What medication would you suggest. She is depressed and has feelings of guilt. Any suggestions?
