Can OxyElite Pro Be Taken For Weight Loss?

Hello I am a healthy 24 year old women who weighs about 130 at 5'4. I have been working out regularly and cut out sugars like pop and things from my diet. I am not seeing any results and would like to lose a couple pounds... i have done my research and am looking into take a product called OxyElite Pro. I wanted to know what you knew about this and if it was safe? Thank you.

Hello! Thank you for writing. I understand your concern. I suggest you to try to lose weight in a healthy manner. I don't suggest you to take that. You said you have cut out sugar , you should also cut out fried foods, fast foods. I think that portion is very important when you try to lose weight. You should eat a lot of asortiments in order to take all the minerals. vitamins. proteins and healthy fats that you need, but you should consume a small amount of each. Let's take an example :
Morning 7:30-8:00 One glass of milk with 2%fat, 1/2teaspoon of honey, 2 tablespoon of oat, 1/2 banana
10:00-10:30 1 cup of tea and 2 pieces of dry fruits
lunch: 1 cup of beans and spinach with 60gram cheese baked in oven
salad with tomatoe, cucumber one tablespoon of corns
one fruit
17:00-17:30 one fruit
Dinner 20:00-20:30 one cup of yogurt 2%fat, 2 slices of chicken ham, 1 boiled egg.
So you should eat regurarly at the same time every day, eat frequently and less amounts and exercise. I think you are doing well , you only need to control the portions. If you want a more detailed diet for every day of the month for one month you can visit a dietitian. I wish you good health. Best regards.
