Can Olsertain Be Taken In Place Of Olmezest?

I am taking concor 5 mg in the morning. Recently dr prescribed Olmezest 40 mg for evening due to little high BP.. I am being taking it since 10 days. I found Olmezest tab is expensive. Can it be replaced with OLSERTAIN 40MG. I am also taking Tyroid 50mg Tablet in the morning since 5 months and on atheart 10mg in the night. Other wise my health is fine. I am 5.4 height and i weigh around 87 kg. This weigh is increased since one year only. I do not know why. Pl advice.
