Can Olmezest Cause Erectile Dysfunction?

HI, I am consuming BP tablets for last 4 years. But I have been irrregular in consuming them in the sense that I used to miss it for a few days in between. Doctor had prescribed 1 tablet a day. Initially, I used to take Losartan and then Olmax 20 and now olmezest 20. I want to know if Olmezest 20 has any effect in getting penis erection during sex ? Please advice.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the high blood pressure can cause erectile dysfunction, it is one of the causes because it can affect blood flow to the penis.

The medication may also contribute in some cases. If it is causing a problem for you, your doctor can prescribe an alternative but you need keep the blood pressure under control.

I hope this helps
