Can otocin ear drop can be used in perforated ear drum ear I had a infection in ear and doctor had checked and prescribed lavate M medicine and mix biotic ear drop but mix biotic drop is not available in our local pharmacy so otocin ear drop is the substitute he said

Octacin is used to control pain and does not have any antibiotics. It is better to proceed with mixbiotic ear drops.
