Can Naproxen 500mg Intake Cause Severe Dizziness And Vomiting?
Hi I have been taking 500mg naproxen tablets for arthritis into feet. I have felt dizzy occasionally but this morning it was extreme and ended up vomiting and then sleeping for several hours. This has happened once before with extreme dizziness and sleep but no vomiting previous time. Could this be a side effect

Naproxen can cause gastritis.
However, dizziness and weakness is not related to naproxen and might be due to something else.
As of now drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
