Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take both the antibiotics together without any concerns. They do not interact with each other and doesn’t affect the efficacy each other. It has got different spectrum of actions and serves different purposes. So you can continue both the antibiotics. You can take antacids like Pantoprazole or omeprazole to avoid gastritis while you are on multiple drugs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
