Can Mox 500 Be Taken For Sore Throat And Cough?

Hi, I am suffering from sore throat and having cough coupled with thick yellowish green flem coming out from my nostrils and both my nostrils are blocked. Last year, I had the same symptoms and the Doctor had prescribed Mox 500. Can I take the same medicine ? Please advise.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be infection and in my opinion such condition can be best managed with "Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine" three times in day along with steam inhalation, have some hot drinks, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
