Can Meftal Be Taken To Reduce Heavy Bleeding Due To Uterine Fibroids?

I have multiple uterine fibriods. So, i suffered menstrual period prolonged and heavy bleeding. Now, I am taking meftal 500mg 3* 1 for 4 days. It reduce my bleeding 12 regular pads to 8 regular pads. Is it ok for controlling heavy bleeding with no side effect.

There is a risk of side effect as with any medication but most women would use it with no problems.

You should use it to help , if you have any problems with then you can speak to your doctor.
