Can Lyrica Cause Painful Blisters On The Chest And Back?

I took lyrical for approximately one month and noticed blisters in the middle of my chest that also hurt very badly. I got some smaller ones sparatically on my back. All together about 25. The ones on my chest I could tell were blisters . It has been since the end of April and I still have them. The doctors really don t know what to do. Unfortunately I had breast surgery April 6 . So the blisters have been a real pain in my surgery . What can I do? YYYY@YYYY

Hello and welcome to `Ask A Doctor` service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience the painful blisters indicate possible
side effect of Lyrica.
* I recommend to discontinue the lyrica and consult your doc for the
alternative prescription.

Feel free to post further doubts.
