General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Loratidine is a relatively safe drug and side effects are very minimal when compared to other antihistamines.
Bleeding manifestation is not reported as a side effect of loratidine and in your case it might be due to some other causes like hemorrhoids.
I suggest you to consult a general surgeon and get a detailed evaluation done to find out exact cause of your problem.

Wishing you good health.
Regards.
