Can Loperamide And Probiotics Be Safely Taken Simultaneously?

Hi I am trying to improve my gut health however I am currently taking Loperamide for IBS. (coming of them soon because I've found out I have certain food intolerances). So my question is will the Loperamide cancel out the work of probitoics? Regards Aarron
