Can Lezra Be Taken For Infertility In Male?

doctor i am 40 years old i have muscular strain in my lower back and lower abdominal area and groin area because of that i feel low libido and low active sperm count and high quantity of dead sperm can i use lezra tablets i am married for 8 years and i have no children what you suggest

Yes, Lezra would help to increase sperm count.
Lezra contains Letrozole which belongs to a group of medicines called aromatase inhibitors.
It is known to act by increasing the FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (Luetinizing hormone) from pituitary gland,which helps in improving sperm formation, maturation and its survival.
It might cause some side effect like headache, nausea and vomiting, which can be treated symptomatically.
You can also add L-carnitine, lipoic acid, CoQ10, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Selenium and Zinc containing medications, which would also help in sperm maturation process.
