Can Levolin Be Given To An Infant For Severe Cold, Cough And Congested Nose?

My 10 months old son is having severe cold, cough and nose block. During night he is struggling more and coz of this he s not sleeping properly. I am using t minic drops 2.5 ml as per doctors advice and i am using saline nasal spray for nose block. But still no improvement.. I wanna know whether i have to continue this or shud i give levolin? I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history is concerned please follow-:
1)Use [SINAREST DPS oral drops]for his age take 0.3ML three times a day
2)Add [AB-CEF SYR dry syrup]twice a day 2.5 ml in the morning and 2.5 ml at night.
3)Keep on breast feeding as usual
