Can Lansol, Normet And Nutrolin B Be Given To A Child Having Stomach Pain?

Hi doctor, My daughter had stomach infection 1 week back, and she was given Lansol, Normet and Nutrolin B . She had it for three days and was okay afterward. Now my son complains of stomach pain and has fever. Can I give the same medicine along with fever reducer paracetamol?

I have gone through your query. Lanzol and nutrolin B will be helpful for your daughter's stomach problem but as you getting a repeated attack of fever and stomach pain problems like typhoid fever should be ruled out by serological tests. If that is positive then antibiotics might be needed. If infection is clear then it can be due to gastritis and for that proton pump inhibitors like lanzoperazole (lanzol) will be helpful.
