Hi

Headache could be unrelated to the drug since you are taking the drug for 3 months and headache has just started.

I suggest you to check your blood sugar, blood pressure, vision abnormalities or refractive errors as a first step to identify the cause of headache.Any history of insomnia or stress should also be ruled out.

With regard to the second question,Pain killers belonging to opioid group can cause false positive result in drug tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
